Today, Bradley is a Business Growth Coach and Value Builder consultant, empowering entrepreneurs to become architects of their own success. He shares his revolutionary BlueprintOS methodology, unlocking businesses’ true potential and driving remarkable achievements.

Dustin is a highly-regarded State Farm agent who places great importance on the independence and adaptability that come with owning a business. With a passion for implementing effective systems and structures, Dustin excels in supporting Blueprint participants as they construct their own frameworks for business success. While his dedication extends to coaching Blueprint members and overseeing his insurance agency, Dustin also cherishes quality time with his lovely wife and two young children and embraces an active lifestyle.

Dave is an esteemed State Farm Insurance agent who deeply appreciates the autonomy and adaptability that come with business ownership. As a pivotal figure in the Blueprint program, Dave guides participants in establishing the essential framework for leadership and business expansion. While his primary focus is safeguarding individuals through his State Farm business, Dave also prioritizes quality time with his family, actively serving his church community, and offering valuable coaching to the remarkable business owners within the Blueprint program.
CHELSEA KREJCI

Chelsea brings organization, creativity, and a get-it-done mindset to BlueprintOS. With a background in business operations and behind-the-scenes support, she helps keep projects moving, details organized, and the team focused on what matters most. She loves creating order out of chaos and finding practical ways to make work run more smoothly. Outside of work, Chelsea spends as much time as she can with her family, whether they’re adventuring at their cottage in Northern Michigan or gathering around the table for Sunday dinner.
JENN HARTT
MARKETING MANAGER
Jenn is a creative strategist who believes good marketing should sound like a person, not a pitch. She brings that approach to BlueprintOS, helping shape the weekly emails, podcast content, social media, and website. Jenn loves taking an idea and finding the words that make it click. She prides herself in her ability to look at the overall strategy and make sure all the pieces work together. Originally from Maine, she now lives in Colorado with her husband, three children, and a house full of animals.

AUDIO ENGINEER
Ali serves as the meticulous audio editor for the Above the Business Podcast, meticulously fine-tuning each episode hosted by Bradley three times per week. With a versatile background spanning roles such as dialogue coordinator, sound designer, music editor, and more, Ali’s expertise ensures that every episode sounds exceptional before it reaches the audience’s ears. Embracing the spirit of teamwork and shared vision, Ali finds fulfillment in being part of a cohesive unit at the Club Capital Leadership Podcast, where collective efforts bring the vision to life.
