The most important thing you can do for your team is to give them your energy, but you can’t give what you don’t have. In the second part of PersonalOS, Bradley shares how you can prioritize taking action on your business objectives, protect your time and energy, and lead yourself first.

What Is Most Important To Your Business?

My favorite business book is The Road Less Stupid by Keith Cunningham. This book helped me to realize that I needed to spend more time thinking about the business. Now, I think the most important thing we can do for the business is spend time thinking about it.

What I’d love to help you to go through the mindset skill set tool set of developing a personal operating system. This PersonalOS will help you go from being the rainmaker of the business to become the architect of your business and of your life. This empowers you to ultimately build the business of your dreams.

Ways To Develop Your PersonalOS

One of the things that BlueprintOS encourages you to do on a weekly basis is Sunday Night Planning. The very first thing you do in Sunday Night Planning is to grab the wins from the previous week. If you’ve attended an Above The Business event or if you’re in BlueprintOS, you know that the first thing we do each session is grab the wins. But it’s not just a good idea, it’s because wins in business are hard to come by. We all need a reminder to celebrate the wins and progress we’ve made. If you didn’t, you would just focus on the negatives and problems.

This is why I encourage business owners to protect their confidence, spend their time and energy where it matters most, implement thinking time, and truly architect their lives and businesses. I want to encourage you to head over to our Assets Library and take advantage of the tools for business owners we have there. Your business (and your life) will thank you.

Grow Your Leadership

Bradley has many resources to grow your leadership in the area of vision and priorities. Check out a few of them:

We are in the first week of the new year, and most of us have done some level of planning to project what you want to accomplish in 2024. But how are you going to connect that plan to what is actually happening in Month 1? I strongly believe that it requires not just a business with an operating system (learn more about that here), but that we as owners have a personal operating system, aka a PersonalOS. Keep reading…

It’s difficult to get to your destination if you aren’t sure where you currently are! After all, the path from Minnesota to Canada is very different than the path from Mexico to Canada. If you aren’t certain where you’re at today in business, you need to take the Rainmaker to Architect assessment. It will gauge your strengths and weaknesses as a leader and in your business. Then, you’ll get detailed, specific suggestions for improvement. Take the assessment here.
