Watch Bradley’s video training above to learn how the principle “M.I.T. Yourself” can help you succeed as a business owner!
WHAT IS M.I.T. YOURSELF?
Here at Business Growth Curator, we teach owners and entrepreneurs like you that the most important thing (M.I.T.) you can do is protect your confidence. In this quick business tip, Bradley shares how you can M.I.T. yourself by tracking wins, planning your week around your energy, and teaching your team to do the same. The bottom line? When you focus on priorities for yourself, your team, and your business, you’ll be better for it!

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING FOR OWNERS AND ENTREPRENEURS
Candid question: How often do you celebrate your wins?
We have found that most owners get so caught up in asking what’s next, that they forget to celebrate progress. When you take the time to celebrate your small wins, it is easier to stay motivated. We encourage you not only to celebrate individual wins, but to celebrate your team as well.
When you take time to recognize how far you’ve come, you’re doing what we find most important for owners. You are protecting your confidence!

WAYS TO PROTECT YOUR CONFIDENCE
Besides celebrating wins, there are some other ways you can M.I.T. Yourself! Here is a quick list of a few more…
- Practice gratitude: Even if you take 30 seconds to jot down one thing you’re grateful for at the end of each day, this habit will have a huge impact.
- Recognize energy rhythms: If you know you’re at your best before 2 PM and after 4 PM, then plan accordingly. When you structure your day to be your best self, you’ll enjoy your days more and be a better leader.
- Sunday Night Planning: This is one of our favorite tools. While it may sound unappealing to do anything on Sunday, we have found that spending just 15 minutes to review your schedule before the week begins will set you up for success. You’ll be able to set aside time for your priorities first, then fill in the rest of your week based on your energy.
