As a business owner, learn why you have to lead from the front by assuming the identity of being “in training.”

Leading From The Front
When you’re leading from the front, you need to be constantly growing. Are you reading books and sharing books to the team? Are you investing in your own personal and professional development? Are you investing time and money into growth? I believe it is key to do this before you try to invest in others. This is what I call leading from the front.

You Don’t Need All The Answers
I personally invest in my own coaching for different areas of my business, and it has been so helpful to me. Years ago, I thought I needed to have all the original ideas. These days, I recognize that I’m in training. Even me doing this training today for you deepens this further for my own growth.

Assume The Identity of “In Training”
The books I read, the people I’m around, the podcast andYouTube videos I listen to, are constantly shaping me. I can look around the corners and see what’s possible.
I encourage you to seek the same in your own leadership: Adopt the identity that you are constantly in training. Ask yourself what that looks like specifically. And then do it.
